Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving inquiries promptly
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Provide detailed guest services including local recommendations and hotel amenities information
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent guest relations at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Ability to handle all shift procedures accurately and efficiently
- Experience working in a hotel environment with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
