We are an Inc. 5000 fast-growing pet brand seeking a driven Marketplace Performance Manager who drives performance on ecomm. This role is the revenue engine behind our growth; turning traffic, content, and attention into profitable results across paid media, email/SMS, Amazon, DTC, Markeplaces and social commerce.

They think like a business operator, obsess over efficiency, and make data-driven decisions at speed. We’re looking for someone who can own the full performance stack, because today, every channel is a revenue channel.
This role reports to our Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with our Brand Director to get the content that wins, our Social & Creator Manager for influencer content that performs.
What You’ll Own
Your role is to turn traffic, content that converts, and attention into profitable growth—owning performance across paid media, email/SMS, Amazon, DTC, Marketplaces and social commerce.
Paid Media & Channel Execution to Drive Revenue
- Own and manage paid media across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across audiences and offers
- Continuously reallocate budget based on performance and efficiency
- Scale winning campaigns and quickly cut underperforming ones
Email & SMS Marketing to Drive Conversion & Retention
- Own execution and optimization of email and SMS campaigns
- Manage campaign calendar aligned with promotions, launches, and key moments
- Optimize for revenue per send, not just opens and clicks
- Collaborate on flows and lifecycle improvements (welcome, post-purchase, winback)
Amazon & Social Commerce to Drive Incremental Revenue
- Manage and optimize Amazon advertising performance
- Oversee social commerce (TikTok Shop, IG Shop) from a revenue perspective
Creator → Channel → Revenue Integration
- Partner closely with the Social & Creator Manager to leverage high-performing content
- Turn winning content into scalable ads and commerce assets
Testing, Optimization & Growth
- Work closely with our creative team to get the assets you need to drive conversion/traffic.
- Run continuous experiments across creative (hooks, formats, messaging), audiences, offers, and channels
- Focus on what drives:
- Revenue
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Marketing efficiency ratio (MER)
- Contribution margin
- Maintain a high velocity of testing and iteration
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Own performance reporting across all channels
- Identify what is driving growth—and what is not
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Feed learnings back into content and campaign strategy
Collaboration Across the Growth System
- Work closely with:
- Social & Creator Manager → to guide content that converts
- Brand Director → to guide content that converts
- CCO → to align on strategy, budget, and goals
- Provide clear input on:
- What content to produce more of
- What offers are working
- Where to allocate budget
AI & Tools (Non-Negotiable)
- Use tools and platforms to:
- Manage campaigns efficiently
- Analyze performance
- Scale testing
- Be comfortable working across platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo (or similar), Amazon Ads, and affiliate tools
Performance & Growth Mindset
- You think in terms of total business performance, not individual channels
- You are accountable for revenue—not just campaign metrics
- You move quickly, test aggressively, and make decisions based on data

Bonus Points If You …
- Have scaled paid media profitably for a DTC or eCommerce brand
- Have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and affiliate programs
- Are already using AI tools daily (Claude, analytics tools, etc.)
