Established in 1993, our healthcare team specializes in evaluating and managing conditions such as sciatic pain, low back pain, neck pain, and joint discomfort through interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve ablation, joint injections and other musculoskeletal procedures.
Susquehanna Valley Pain Management, P.C. is seeking an organized, detail-driven professional to manage compliance, payroll, quality reporting, and staff education for our physician practice. If you like building systems, closing gaps before they become problems, and being the person, everyone trusts to know the answer — this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
▪ Regulatory compliance — maintain and update practice policies, and keep us aligned with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal and state requirements.
▪ Office operations- Payroll, overlook front desk, provider schedules for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
▪ MIPS quality reporting — coordinate MIPS reporting on behalf of our eligible clinicians, track measure performance throughout the year, and manage submission deadlines.
▪ Staff training & education — run annual HIPAA, OSHA, bloodborne pathogen, and compliance training; onboard new hires; maintain training records and attestations.
▪ Audit readiness — maintain the document library and evidence trail so we can produce proof of compliance on demand.
▪ Risk & incident management — track incidents, grievances, and corrective actions to resolution.
▪ Revenue Cycle management---track denials and address prior authorizations, appeals, billing and coding deficiencies.
▪ Marketing-Social media management
▪ Purchasing- budgeting, negotiating services such as EHR software, hardware, building services and maintenance.
▪ Disaster Preparedness- maintain clear plan for environmental and non-environmental disasters such as building damage, equipment and IT failure.
What We're Looking For:
▪ 3+ years in healthcare compliance, credentialing, quality reporting, or practice administration. Experience with MEDENT EMR is a plus
▪ Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and payer credentialing processes
▪ Previous experience with CAQH, PECOS, and MIPS / Quality Payment Program reporting
▪ Exceptional organization and follow-through — you track details others miss
▪ Clear communicator, comfortable working with physicians, staff, and payers
▪ Bachelor's degree preferred; CHC or CPCS certification a plus or LPN with experience at outpatient facility managment or a medical office administration.

Pay: From $24.25 per hour
