We are seeking highly motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to serve as Retail Store Associate at our upcoming Hyde Park location in Tampa. As a key representative of our brand, you will be on the front lines of delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations.
Position Overview
Retail Store Associates play an essential role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized environment for our customers. This position requires energy, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. If you are passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional service, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, guiding them through our menu options.
- POS Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Restock meals, beverages, and retail products throughout the day; maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are strictly maintained at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Answer customer questions regarding menu ingredients, macros, and basic nutritional information.
Qualifications
- An outgoing, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused attitude.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of common diet types (e.g., calorie-controlled, high-protein, low-carb, plant-based) is preferred.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and stock product inventory as needed.
