Job Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple affordable housing communities. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing staff, coordinating repairs, and keeping all properties safe and inspection-ready.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians across multiple sites
- Manage and prioritize work orders through completion
- Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance
- Conduct unit and property inspections to meet HUD/UPCS standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or residential housing
- At least 3 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of HUD/Section 8 inspection standards preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
