Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Compensation: $55,000 a year

Job summary: Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity offering $55,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping
- Lead, train, coach and motivate warehouse personnel
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory accurate through cycle counts, audits and discrepancy resolution
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
- Ensure companies with company policies, OSHA standards and warehouse safety procedures
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory needs, shipments, and operational priorities.
- Prepare reports and communicate operational metrics and issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operating a box truck as needed.
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Experience leading and developing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
