Smart Tart Froyo & Bubble Tea is opening its brand-new, flagship location in the Triphammer Marketplace, and we’re building an energetic team to help launch the sweetest spot in town.
We are hiring full-time and part-time Team Members & Shift Leads to craft premium bubble teas, manage self-serve frozen yogurt stations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Duties
- Brew loose-leaf teas, cook fresh boba batches, and mix specialty beverages to order.
- Maintain clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing frozen yogurt and topping bars.
- Welcome guests, explain menu options, and ring up sales accurately on the POS system.
- Follow food safety, sanitization, and equipment maintenance standards (training provided).
- Collaborate with teammates during high-energy peak hours to keep wait times low and quality high.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
