Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Brenham, TX | 13-Week Assignment

Assignment Type: 13-Week Travel Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Brenham, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Supervise support staff and students when appropriate.
- Follow evidence-based practice and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) License (Texas or Compact License)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA Only)
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
