Position: Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing team members

Lead, manage, and support a team of canvassers in the field

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback

Track daily activity, productivity, and progress toward team goals

Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and maximize results

Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions

Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures

Partner with sales leadership to align canvassing efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications:

Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or field sales is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
