At EternaCare Hospice our Office Managers are the heartbeat of the office. From supporting our leadership team and employees to helping ensure patients receive exceptional care; this role is essential to keeping our branch running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to support the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion.
- Coordinate branch Human Resources functions, including onboarding new employees and working closely with the Home Office HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files, branch rosters, and confidential records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and company devices.
- Upload and maintain documentation within the EMR system.
- Coordinate invoices and submit them to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Assist with IDT meeting preparation and other administrative support.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and personnel documentation.
- Support branch audits and assist with special projects as needed.
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment that supports both employees and patients.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospice operations or healthcare administrative experience required.
- Hospice office experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
