Hospitality team members wanted for Florida State Seminoles home football games at Doak Campbell Stadium!
EATS2SEATS is building its hospitality team for the 2026 FSU home football season. We're hiring team members to help staff and operate on game day.
Placements are determined after the interview process based on your experience and strengths.
Pay
- $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Rate may increase depending on placement and experience.
- All figures are pretax. Payment arrives within 7-10 business days.
- Set up direct deposit in the EATS2SEATS App under Profile > Banking Information.
2026 Home Game Schedule - all times Eastern
- Sat, Aug 29 - New Mexico State
- Mon, Sep 7 - SMU (Labor Day)
- Sat, Sep 26 - Central Arkansas
- Sat, Oct 3 - Virginia
- Sat, Oct 31 -Clemson
- Sat, Nov 21 - NC State
- Fri, Nov 27 - Florida (Black Friday)
Availability for as many home games as possible. Please note two home games fall outside of Saturday - Labor Day Monday (9/7) and Black Friday (11/27).
Report Time: Team members report approximately 4–6 hours prior to kickoff. Confirmed report times will be posted in the EATS2SEATS App as each game approaches.
What You'll Be Doing
- Bartending, Premium Attendant, Runner in premium spaces.
- Overseeing operations in your assigned area throughout the event
- Communicating with EATS2SEATS management and venue partners
- Solving problems in real time and adjusting as the day develops
- Supporting setup, service, and end-of-event breakdown
Uniform & Appearance
- Black polo
- Black pants
- Black non-slip closed-toe shoes
Requirements
- Event operations, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or similar
- Event experience preferred (stadium, arena, concert, catering, or large-scale event operations)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, FL
- Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Bartending experience required for bartending positions
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
