Job description
Las Colinas Company is looking for experienced plumbers. We are looking for an addition to our crew of commercial plumbers to undertake a variety of plumbing service and repair tasks, such as repairing leaks, soldering, replacing toilets/urinals, snaking, camera locating, and water heater troubleshooting. This position will perform calls daily during the work week. At Las Colinas, our plumbers work with large scale commercial clients and pride ourselves on arriving to work on time, in uniform, and with a good attitude.
Responsibilities
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fixtures with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
- Install and maintain water supply systems
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
- Arrive to work on time and in uniform
- Keep work truck clean, neat, and organized
- Interact with restaurant personnel politely and with respect
- Work and conduct oneself in a manner that positively reflects Las Colinas while at work
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Solid understanding of water supply and drainage systems in commercial and industrial buildings
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
- Working knowledge of ventilation systems
- Knowledge and experience with large water heaters (traditional and tankless)
- Proficiency with camera locators
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a great deal of patience
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
