Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as outlined in our facility's policies and procedures
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting a sense of community and socialization
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications, treatments, and resident interactions
