Role Overview:
We are a delivery company seeking a hybrid Route Coverage Sweeper and Closing Coordinator. This hybrid role combines active field logistics with administrative asset oversight. The employee will act as an on-demand driver during peak hours or staff shortages and transitions into managing security of equipment reconciliation at the end of the business day. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to support nightly logistics by coordinating vehicle and key check-in, collecting and securing company equipment.
Closing Coordinator Description & Responsibilities
The Closing Coordinator supports nightly operations by coordinating vehicle and key check-in, collecting driver equipment, documenting issues, and ensuring all company assets are secured and ready for the next workday.
· Complete nightly closing duties, including collecting work equipment from each delivery driver.
· Check in vans and keys at the end of each shift, lock vehicles, and document any issues.
· Confirm that delivery associates report any equipment concerns or vehicle issues before leaving for the day.
· Secure equipment and ensure it is properly stored for the next workday.
· Report company vehicle, equipment, or property issues to the leadership team promptly.

The Closing Coordinator must remain professional, accurate, and efficient in a fast-paced environment while helping maintain daily operational integrity, compliance, and readiness
Backup Delivieries & Responsibilities: Step in seamlessly to transport products or goods safely to customers when primary drivers are unavailable. The Route Delivery Associate delivers small to medium-sized packages to valued customers.
· Use a handheld device to access routing details, customer delivery information, and GPS navigation.
·Drive and work safely in varying weather conditions while loading and unloading packages for delivery.
· Perform all essential job tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs, entering and exiting a van, and walking up and down stairs as needed.
· Maintain a valid, current driver’s license with a clean driving record; a CDL is not required.
· Successfully pass a background check.
· Be at least 21 years of age.
· Previous experience driving a van or box truck is highly preferred.
Pay: $22.25 per hour
