Description
A warm and organized family of four is seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny to care for their two little ones, a curious, animal-loving toddler and a snuggly newborn. This is a structured, respectful household that values consistency, communication, and creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
The family enjoys simple joys like trips to the zoo, park outings, and swim lessons, and they’re looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their children’s daily lives.
About the RoleThe role focuses entirely on childcare, with an emphasis on engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining a calm, structured routine.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for both children (toddler + infant)
- Plan and lead engaging activities such as reading, coloring, outdoor play, and early learning
- Support infant care needs, including experience with breastfed babies
- Prepare meals/snacks for the children
- Maintain cleanliness of children’s spaces, including tidying, dishes, and laundry
- Encourage socialization through outings like parks, zoo visits, and playgroups
- Follow family routines and parenting style (calm, firm, and structured)
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced with infants and multiple children at once
- Knowledgeable and comfortable caring for breastfed babies
- Reliable, honest, and communicative
- Active and hands-on, with minimal reliance on screen time
- Able to follow direction while also taking initiative
- Fluent in English
- Enjoys outdoor walks and engaging young children in meaningful play
