As a Customer Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, provide information about AT&T products and services, and assist with customer account needs. The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for creating positive interactions and helping customers understand available service options.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate (Spanish Required)
- Meet with customers and answer questions regarding AT&T products and services.
- Assist customers with account-related requests and service information.
- Provide professional support and guidance regarding wireless and connectivity solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Learn customer account management and communication techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training programs focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.
Qualifications for the Customer Sales Associate:
- Spanish speaking ability is preferred (conversational Spanish is acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting.
