About The Greezy Grill
At The Greezy Grill, we serve up high-energy, mouthwatering comfort food with speed, bold flavor, and top-tier hospitality. We’re looking for a versatile, fast-paced team member to jump in as a Cashier & Kitchen Cook. If you know how to handle a rush—whether you're working the register or working the line—we want you on the truck!
What You’ll Do
- Front-of-House & Cashiering: Welcome every customer with high energy, accurately take orders on the POS system, process cash/card transactions, and manage line flow.
- Line Cooking & Prep: Cook and assemble menu items quickly and consistently according to recipes, safety standards, and customer specs.
- Kitchen & Service Station Setup: Help set up and break down both the kitchen line and ordering windows, keeping all prep stations stocked during service.
- Order Flow & Communication: Maintain clear, direct communication between the window and the grill so orders go out fast, accurate, and piping hot.
- Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep work stations clean, sanitized, and organized. Strictly follow food safety, proper holding temp, and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of combined experience in line cooking, food prep, cashiering, or food truck/restaurant operations.
- Multi-Tasking Skills: Able to seamlessly switch between taking orders at the window and assisting on the line during heavy rush hours.
- Speed & Precision: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, high-heat environment without sacrificing food quality or customer service.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
- Flexibility: Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in varying weather environments on the truck.
