I have an immediate need for an all-round maintenance person for some apartment turnovers that include some upgrades. Must be skilled in drywall and painting, and also light electrical and plumbing. Possibility for full time year-round work if things go well.
Full time until turnovers are complete... and the possibility for full time year-round for the right person.
Honesty, hopefully all-round knowledge from roof to basement. Dependability and quality of workmanship are key.
Must have a good appearance and be able to deal with tenants smoothly when necessary.
Must have a truck or a cargo van and a good assortment of tools.
Job Type: Full time for at lest one month or possibly as needed or as available. Weekday business hours and on call if pressing need.
Pay can vary according to situation and experience.
