Qualifications:✔ Florida Child Care Facility Director Credential (Required)✔ VPK Director Credential/Endorsement (Required)✔ Experience managing a childcare center and leading a team✔ Knowledge of Florida licensing and VPK regulations✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
As our Director, you will: Lead daily center operations Support and mentor teachers Ensure compliance with licensing and VPK standards Build strong relationships with families Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
