What You'll Do
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work directly with clients and implement evidence-based ABA interventions designed to support their individual goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings.
- Implementing individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
- Supporting clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
- Collecting accurate data on behaviors and skill development.
- Documenting session information and maintaining accurate records.
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the treatment team.
- Arriving prepared, punctual, and ready to provide high-quality care.

Job Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) prior to hire.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor and follow individualized treatment plans.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and responsive.
- Compassionate and patient when working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to independently implement programming once trained and authorized by the supervising team.
- Ability to accurately collect and document behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
- Comfortable using technology, including Apple and/or Android devices.
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
