Reisz Siderman Eisenberg, APC, a mid-size West LA civil litigation firm is seeking a litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and experience with document review and memo writing, medical record review and summary, and billing time in a litigation context. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Analysis and summary of claim documentation and fact pattern of cases in chronological format, especially involving medical records
- Create Excel analysis of special damages according to billing records
- Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
- Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to written discovery
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Summarize and index deposition transcripts, medical, employment, and technical design and construction documents in preparation for trial
- Capture all time worked in detailed billing entries using standard language
Skills Required
- Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc.
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Paralegal certificate or other relevant certification
