Essential Responsibilities
- Pour concrete into wall and floor forms
- Smooth, spread, and finish concrete surfaces
- Work with rebar and reinforcement materials
- Read blueprints and follow production specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Concrete or casting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
