Performs general accounting functions and clerical duties in support of the accounting department. Responsibilities include accounts payable processing, miscellaneous invoicing, and assisting with monthly financial and regulatory reporting. This role is responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including account reconciliations, organization of finance workpapers, the recording of corporate credit card payments and reconciliation, customer payment processing, and financial reporting support in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. This role communicates across all company departments and employee levels.
