Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner and be a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Assist servers by delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including bussing tables, sweeping floors, and organizing supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear language to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance
- Support banquet or special event setups by arranging tables, linens, and service ware in accordance with event specifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
- Experience with bussing, serving, or kitchen support roles enhances your candidacy
- A positive attitude focused on providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting
