Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident support, including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch
Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff
Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are met

Requirements:
Certification: Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines
Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
Skills: CPR Certification is a plus
Location: Ability to commute to or relocate to Breese, IL
