Position: Maintenance Assistant Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repairs
HVAC and EPA Certified is a must
-
Help prepare units for move-ins and turnovers
-
Perform routine property inspections and basic preventative maintenance
-
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and maintenance shop
-
Assist with emergency on-call duties as needed

Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Some weekends and on-call shifts as needed
