European Wax Center in Manteca is growing and looking for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists with professional waxing experience who enjoy a steady pace, consistent bookings, and building long-term guest relationships.
Our centers have an established clientele and a consistent service flow, ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Performing approximately 25–75 waxing services per week
- Working comfortably with back-to-back reservations
- Rebooking guests and building repeat business
- Educating guests on services and home care products
- Delivering efficient, high-quality services in a positive team environment
This role is best suited for providers who enjoy a steady pace and take pride in building a loyal client base.
Non-Negotiable Schedule Requirements
- Weekday evening shifts (2pm–9pm)
- One weekend shift required each week (Saturday or Sunday)
- No morning-only availability
Required Qualifications
- Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Minimum 6 months professional waxing experience (outside of school clinic hours)
- Comfortable performing Brazilian waxes independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong client communication skills
- Comfortable recommending maintenance schedules and retail products

- Complete a practical assessment demonstrating waxing technique and guest interaction
- Participate in a conversational interview focused on guest experience and service flow
