Industrial Electrician – Fluor (On‑Site at P&G) – Browns Summit, NC
Full‑Time | 4x10-hour Shift
Fluor is hiring 12 experienced Industrial Electricians to install and repair electrical systems in an industrial facility in Browns Summit, NC. This is steady, long‑term work with a high‑performing team permanently embedded at the client site. Regular work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
If you’re a hands‑on electrician who knows industrial work, can run conduit, pull wire, and troubleshoot equipment safely and independently — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Install and upgrade electrical systems
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years industrial, manufacturing, or large‑facility electrical experience
- Strong control level experience
- Proven experience working on substations, VFDs (pref Emerson), Motor Control Centers, and Digital Control Systems
- Excellent troubleshooting track record
- Preferred: Journeyman License or equivalent industrial certification
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate based on experience and certifications
- Overtime after 40 hours (OT opportunities common but not guaranteed)
