This role is ideal for someone who wants to build leadership skills and grow within the company. Many of our managers started as crew members and worked their way up. With the right attitude and commitment, you can develop into an Assistant General Manager or even a General Manager in the future.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support crew members throughout your shift

Ensure guests receive fast, friendly service and high-quality food

Monitor shift performance and coach team members in real time

Communicate with other managers to keep operations running smoothly

Help create a positive and productive team environment
Key Responsibilities

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Support inventory control and daily restaurant operations

Assist with crew training and development

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns

Follow safety, security, and company procedures

Set the example by demonstrating strong leadership and reliability
What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality helpful)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must be 18 years or older
