RN ICU/PCU
Shift - Nights/Days (36 or 48hrs) + every other weekend & holiday
Contract - 13 weeks (possible extension)
Job Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, ECG/EKG rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and critical care drips (vasopressors, heparin, insulin, Cardizem, amiodarone, etc.).
- Manage ventilated patients and provide respiratory support, including high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP.
- Monitor patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, renal, sepsis, and post-operative conditions.
- Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, initiating Rapid Response or Code Blue procedures when necessary.
Pay: $72.00 - $77.00 per hour

Experience:
- PCU/ICU: 2 years (Preferred)
- Charting (Epic): 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Rhode Island OR Compact) (Required)
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Certifications (Required)
