Position Overview
We are seeking driven, coachable, and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage. Using our proven sales process, you'll help clients identify their needs and find the right coverage solutions to protect their loved ones.
This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential and the ability to work remotely while building your own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients who have requested information regarding life insurance products
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations to assess clients' financial protection needs
- Educate clients on available coverage options and make personalized recommendations
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records and client notes within our CRM system
- Follow proven sales processes and participate in ongoing training
- Consistently manage lead flow and follow-up activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships
- Meet individual production and activity goals

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to follow a proven sales process
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via video conferencing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Life insurance license preferred (assistance available for qualified candidates who need licensing)
