Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Perform plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages efficiently
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to interpret project requirements precisely
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs
- Maintain plumbing systems through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work
- Assist with remodeling projects or construction site tasks requiring carpentry or handyman skills
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and HVAC systems as needed
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs
- Mechanical knowledge of water systems, drainage solutions, and plumbing system maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely in various environments on construction sites or remodeling projects
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
- Construction site experience including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation is highly preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
