Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent I & II to lead industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing all field operations, supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, overseeing daily jobsite activities, planning work schedules, managing labor and materials, and communicating project progress with management and clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day field operations on industrial electrical construction projects.
- Supervise electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Develop daily work plans and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain project schedules while driving productivity and meeting milestones.
- Complete daily reports, timecards, safety documentation, and project logs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Review drawings, identify constructability issues, generate RFIs, and resolve field problems.
- Travel to project sites as required
Qualifications
- Superintendent I
- Minimum 4 years of electrical construction experience.
Superintendent II
- Minimum 7 years of electrical construction experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial electrical construction experience.
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Experience with motor controls, sensing devices, and industrial processing lines.
- Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification (current within the past 3 years).
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Technical training in electrical construction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and work outdoors.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an electrical construction environment.
