Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to provide accurate and efficient clerical and administrative support to a high-volume professional office. Strong time management and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry, typing, and word processing tasks.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and update documents.
- Serve as a receptionist by greeting clients and visitors and answering phone calls.
- Direct clients and visitors to appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide routine administrative and clerical support for daily operations and special projects.
- Share basic information regarding office locations, programs, and services.
- Assist with mail and fax processing.
- Enter and search information in the iFamilyNet system as required.
- Support the Area Management Team with administrative tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong in-person customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
