Education: Bachelor's degree with experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership and federal contracts management
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience with project cost control, or financial management and contract interpretation, budget development, including financial data and analysis.
Deep knowledge and functional understanding of contract types, execution methods, CAS, FAR, and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) rules and regulation.

- Good experience of month end quarter end close. Ability to analyze data for inaccuracies and drive corrections to processes as needed.

- Sound Microsoft office skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated record of consistent strong performance.
- Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
