Akai Hana Sushi & Grill Goodyear is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and traditional/new Japanese cuisine.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced sushi chef/sushi helper. We prefer at least two years experience as sushi chef knowing basic fish breaking down technique, create different types of rolls, etc in fast and efficient manner. Candidates with less experience level is welcome as long as he/she has passion in learning and is willing to fully commit to the job.

Required skills:
- 2+ years experience as sushi chef (knowledge in cutting fish into piece, making sushi of all kind such as nigiri and maki)
- Familiar with Japanese cuisine and comfortable handling fresh fish
