Jusczak Repair is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Polishing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing and finishing metal components for semi trucks, ensuring a high-quality appearance and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a strong focus on safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Polish and buff aluminum, stainless steel, and chrome components on semi trucks

Remove oxidation, scratches, and imperfections from metal surfaces

Operate polishing tools, buffers, grinders, and related equipment safely

Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals
This role will be 1st Shift (Monday-Friday) with an optional modified first shift, 9-5:30pm (Tuesday-Saturday)
