- RF planning and optimization of PTP and PTMP systems
- Design and construction of rooftop and tower wireless infrastructure
- PTMP frequency planning, PTP link planning
- Racking and cabling of equipment cabinets
- Pulling, terminating, and testing copper and fiber optic cables
- Configuring and installing PTP and PTMP radio systems
- Installing switches and routers
- Planning and installing power and grounding
- Driving company vehicle between home and office and work sites
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, post High School education a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- At least two years of experience deploying wireless networks
- Postive attitude
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communications skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather
- Ability to climb ladders and towers
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to adhere to OSHA guidelines
