Title: Manufacturing/Operations Leader (Scalable Growth & Manufacturing)
Salary Range: $85K+ depending on experience
We are looking for a "Been there, Done that" operations leader to supervise a capable team ready for growth. They will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO as we aggressively scale our manufacturing and field service operations through both organic growth and acquisitions.
This role requires an experienced leader who knows how to move a business's current processes to a scalable operating model. You will not only manage day-to-day production and service but also act as the architect of our future infrastructure. This leader must evaluate and integrate new acquisitions, and build the systems and team leadership necessary to sustain higher volume without sacrificing quality or company culture.
To be considered, you MUST meet all of the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or equipment-heavy field service.
- 2+ years of formal management experience
- Proven experience scaling operations, specifically involving process improvement, acquisition integration, or building repeatable systems for a growing business.
- Demonstrated track record of acting as a change agent—successfully implementing new KPIs and accountability structures while earning the buy-in of long-tenured teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in concrete products, precast, industrial molding, or similar heavy-material manufacturing environments.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
