Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs
Experience:
- Knowledge of construction helpful, we will teach you too.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Leadership abilities to manage crews professionally
