Duties
- Operate various hand tools, and manufacturing line equipment to produce components accurately and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and assembly lines to identify issues and ensure smooth operations
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials, tools, and equipment in the manufacturing environment
- Assist with warehouse organization, including loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished products
- Support quality control processes by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and assembly line work is beneficial
- Production experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours), lift up to 40 lb. heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward safety
- Computer literacy is a must, experience with Microsoft products is highly preferred.

Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
