Job Overview: As a hybrid Front Desk and Juice Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk
- All staff members must provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a friendly and respectful environment
- Scan membership ID's upon entry
- Update member’s accounts
- Answer phones and be ready to address questions/concerns
- Conduct membership inquiries and suggest appropriate membership options, and lead a successful sales pitch
- Must know all package offerings, group class descriptions, and operating hours
Juice Bar
- Operate the register and process cash and credit transactions quickly and efficiently
- Have knowledge of menu and be ready to make over-counter sales
- Prepare made to order smoothies and coffees
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
- Replenish/restock counter items throughout shift
- Provide fast, friendly, and quality service
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, front desk, and customer service experience: Preferred
- Must be reliable, professional and responsible
- People person with an interest in health, fitness, and sports
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking a plus
- Must be able to work fulltime from 7am-3pm
