Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and positive energy
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- Help maintain smooth service during busy periods
- Keep front counter and dining areas clean and organized
- Ensure order accuracy before handoff
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock front-of-house items as needed
- Support opening and closing duties
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Certifications
- Food Safety and RBS certification required
- If not currently certified, employee must complete certifications prior to training start date.
Physical Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Remaining in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
- Frequently lifting and moving boxes, tables, umbrellas, chairs, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Working outdoors on patios in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to hot kitchen areas and walk-in refrigerators or freezers
