Compensation, Benefits, & Incentives
- Competitive Starting Salary: $70,000 annually.
- Incentive Pay: Earn additional annual pay for the following:
o Education:
Associates Degree: $1000
Bachelors Degree: $1500
Masters Degree: $2000
o TCOLE Certifications:
Intermediate Peace Officer: $1200
Advanced Peace Officer: $1800
Master Peace Officer: $2400
Basic Instructor - Police: $600
o Skills:
Bilingual: $600
