The Dothan Brook School is seeking a paraprofessional to work one on one with a student within the special education dept. Our paraprofessionals are integral parts of our team, providing consistent intervention for children who require additional support. Duties will include directly supporting the student in the classroom and alternative settings, assisting with the implementation of educational programming (both academic and behavioral), and will also require assistance with personal care.We are seeking teammates who are collaborative, flexible, supportive, and above all - who believe in kids! Some understanding of developmental and emotional/behavioral disabilities is welcomed, but not required.
Candidates will receive training from the highly qualified and experienced staff.
