Assistant Baker:
Part Time position is available. 7:30AM-2:30PM weekday shifts. $16/hr + pooled tipshare ($5/hr - $7/hr).
Job Description:
Assistant Baker will be trained on our hand rolled bagel shaping process from start to finish. The Assistant Baker position will be responsible for assisting production of bagels under the direction of the Head Baker. Other responsibilities include washing dishes throughout the day and clean up at the end of day. All above positions report to the Owner/Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in bagel making process
- Ability to learn & work in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs & be on your feet during shift
- Work safely around kitchen equipment
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- Prior experience in a commercial bakery is not required but preferred
