Position:
We are looking for a skilled Full-Time Dog Groomer with 3+ years of professional grooming experience who can perform complete grooms from start to finish. This role is commission-based, with strong earning potential for groomers who deliver consistent, high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full grooms including bathing, brushing, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full body haircuts
- Consult with pet owners to understand style preferences and any special needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stress-free grooming environment
- Handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and care
- Assist with daily salon upkeep and teamwork as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional grooming experience (portfolio or in-person demo may be requested)
- Ability to complete full grooms independently
- Strong animal handling skills with an emphasis on safety and comfort
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
