As an independent contractor cleaner, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule through our platform. Our support team handles scheduling, customer communication, and payment collection so you can focus on doing what you do best — delivering exceptional cleaning services.
We provide consistent booking opportunities based on your availability and service area.Additional details regarding pay, expectations, and opportunities for growth will be discussed during the first interview.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Dependability and punctuality in arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled cleaning appointments
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction, consistently delivering a thorough, high-quality clean
- At least 3 years of residential cleaning experience and a solid understanding of professional home cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally handle or resolve any challenges that arise during a job
- Organization and self-management, including maintaining your schedule and ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and ready
- Professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and the MaidCraft team
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
