The Grove is hiring Counselors to join our team and provide exceptional care and experiences for our Members' children. You'll inspire a great experience at The Grove by creating genuine relationships with our Members and their little ones in our play spaces, encouraging growth through parallel play and creating an atmosphere of empathy and compassion that builds a love for playtime.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome our families and engage them in conversation about their child's development and the benefits of our programs. Assist with individual and group activities to stimulate growth in social, emotional, and academic areas. Provide a safe and inclusive play environment. Foster relationships with children and tailor the play-based learning environment. Observe each child to help build social competencies and self-esteem. Communicate with parents regularly to create rapport. Act with integrity and follow operational policies, including safety and security procedures. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Skills You'll Need:
Strong social skills and love of meeting new people. Passion for child development and learning. Creative and adaptable working style. Ability to stay calm and enjoy a fast paced, exciting environment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and request help when needed. Strong teamwork skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-3pm (open later for special events)
Job Type: Hourly. Pay: $16-$18/hour depending on experience.
Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance (after 3 months), paid training, room for advancement.
