Position Overview
Brouillard & Sons, LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality execution across our residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, salaried leadership position ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in workmanship, accountability, and team development.
The Landscape Foreman will serve as the point person in the field—responsible for crew performance, job efficiency, equipment care, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily landscape maintenance and enhancement crews
- Execute work plans including mowing, trimming, cleanups, mulching, pruning, and seasonal services
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor crew members
- Communicate with management regarding scheduling, job progress, and field needs
- Perform quality control checks and resolve on-site issues
- Operate and oversee proper use of trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Assist with snow operations during winter months as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience (foreman or crew leader experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage people, time, and job priorities
- Valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s or DOT medical card a plus)
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
